Please be advised that our IT department is aware of the issue wherein passengers are currently unable to use the credit cards that are saved in their accounts. As a workaround, passengers can sign into their accounts, bypass their saved credit card and manually enter their credit card information to successfully purchase tickets. 

We expect to have this issue fixed in the near future and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
